We are so grateful to Jessica Poff and would like to gladly share our experience with her as our listing agent for the sale of our condo.

We moved at a very bad time.  Our neighbor’s condo had been on the market for six months with no offers.  Their condo was the mirror image of ours.  We were planning on listing our condo for $19,000 less that the amount Jessica recommended.  She did a thorough market analysis and was convinced that she could get us a top dollar offer.

Luckily we listened to Jessica and wound up selling our condo in a little over one month and for $50,000 more than our neighbor, who had the exact same unit!

I truly believe that we were able to sell out condo so quickly and for so much more money because of Jessica’s tips and help in preparing our condo for sale.  The following made all the difference: (1) accurately pricing the condo, (2) making necessary repairs (she talked us out of making expensive renovations that would not bring in more money), (3) her network of photographers, plumbers, and handymen who did top notch and reasonable work for us, (4) her aggressively following up on leads and personally conducting the open houses, (5) responding to every text I sent her immediately and with compassion and professionalism, and (6) the personal time she spent going to our condo to let in servicemen and housecleaners.  I’m not exaggerating on (6), while I was at the office, Jessica spent many afternoons getting our place ready by letting in cleaners and even vacuuming!

Responsive, Resourceful & Supportive

As two full-time working parents, trying to make a decision about where you are going to live is extremely stressful and time-consuming so having a good realtor who understands your needs is of the utmost importance. We have worked with Jessica Poff of Norwalk Realty for the past 8 years on three separate transactions-buying our condo, buying our house and then renting out our condo. Throughout it all, she was extremely professional, responsive and worked tirelessly on our behalf to structure deals that we were comfortable with as well as get us into the houses that we wanted! I know that there are a lot of choices for real estate so thought it would be helpful to outline some of the areas where we feel that Jessica excels: Responsiveness and Accessibility-Jessica was always there for us at every time of day or night to hold our hand throughout the process and we could always get ahold of her for advice and support Resourceful-our house negotiations were extremely complicated and required multiple unique city building permits and deal points that were new to all of the realtors involved (buying and selling) so Jess spent hours calling inspectors, lenders and other realtors in order to ensure that all permits were correctly in place and there were no delays in our negotiations and inspections. If she doesn’t know the answer upfront, she will work tirelessly to research the problem and determine the best course of action. Post-Buying support-Jess is in it for the long-term and always goes the extra mile to deliver the personal touch. It took us a long time to find our dream home so she worked with us for a couple of years to find the perfect place-seeing open houses on our behalf, suggesting and talking through options with us, and placing offers until we were able to find the perfect one. Even after we officially closed escrow, Jess still stayed close to us and had many recommendations for gardeners, housekeeping, mirrors, and a professional framer just to name a few. Our blinds did not arrive until a few weeks post closing so she even went to Home Depot and put up temporary blackout blinds for us so that our baby could sleep!
